A 10% non refundable booking fee is required on all wedding and event bookings.
The fee must be paid asap prior to the event or wedding booking.
Any outstanding balances must be paid in full asap before or no later than 1 week after the event.
All editing will be completed and sent to the client within 2-3 weeks after the event.
A non refundable deposit is required on all other bookings(amount to be confirmed when booking).
A fee may be required if booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to confirmed date.
Queries regarding pricing etc after booking is complete, must be sent no later than 5 days prior to confirmed date.
Any un foreseen circumstances by either party must be reported asap prior to the confirmed booking.
